Inceptia Welcomes Butler as Vice President of Financial Aid Services

Cynthia Butler joins Inceptia to further Innovate Solutions

Lincoln, Neb. (June 15, 2021) – Inceptia welcomes Cynthia Butler as the Vice President of Financial Aid Services to continue its mission helping students and schools navigate financial aid and pay for college.


“Butler brings with her a wealth of financial aid and enrollment knowledge that will help Inceptia bring new solutions to the marketplace. In her previous role as the Executive District Director of Financial Aid at Dallas County Community College District, Butler advocated for student success and helped move the institution forward with innovative ideas and solutions,” says Sue Downing, Senior Vice President, at Inceptia.


With a long history and diverse background in higher education including Title IV financial aid administration, school operations, consulting, marketing, and business development, joining Inceptia is another way for Butler to tackle the challenges faced by higher education institutions. Butler’s leadership and drive to be involved, shows with her active membership in NASFAA, TASFAA, and SWASFAA.


“I understand financial aid from first-hand school experiences of my own. My experience in consulting to help schools find ways to streamline processes and help alleviate their pain points so they can get to the core of their work is what really drives me. Inceptia is giving me the opportunity to address those pain points through developing new solutions that help schools and students successfully move forward,” says Butler.


As Vice President of Financial Aid Services, Butler will recommend and deliver products supported through a strong operational infrastructure and work flow to enhance Inceptia’s financial aid management solution.
